Training Programs & Community Development

Training programs and community development efforts have a bright future at Career Path Services. Over the past couple of years, we have quietly been laying the foundation for a new sector of our organization that could serve all programs, in any location, in a meaningful way through occupational training, life skills, community development, and fundraising. Let’s take a second to introduce you to our programs and team members.

GPS (Growing Personal Skills)

  • GPS is a life skills program that we offer to WorkFirst participants who are receiving TANF benefits in Eastern, Central, and Northwestern Washington. Our program is a 16-week/session group discussion where the cultivation of real-life essentials is talked about and highlighted while resources are shared by members of the group. This program highlights the individual as the expert and prioritizes individual goal setting/development.
