Ring The Bell – October 2011

Jake Deskins is our October Ring the Bell winner!! Jake has played an essential part in getting the Pierce County Branch of Career Path Services up and running. Without fail Jake is willing to lend a hand, answer a question or provide a high-five to a team member or a parent. Jake’s positive attitude motivates parents during job club and gets them more excited about job searching. He has taken the initiative to get orientation, job club and regular job development started at Lakewood. During the few months that Career Path Services has been in this new service area, he has built relationships with 35 businesses. Through those relationships, Jake has been informed of job openings and has assisted parents in applying and preparing for the interview process. Jake is always encouraging and providing inspiration to participants and the team he works with. Way to go, Jake!
