Programs for Job Seekers

Accessing employment with family-supporting wages can take the right support and opportunity. For more than 50 years, Career Path Services has made a difference in our communities by helping job seekers find real success.  We believe in the value of employment, the security it brings to individuals and families, and the wealth and health it brings to our communities.
Our services include career coaching, skills training, industry-recognized certifications, job placement, and ongoing retention support, along with critical resources like transportation and childcare assistance. Eligibility may be required for some program participation.

Personalized one-on-one coaching that helps participants identify strengths, explore career pathways, and develop actionable plans to secure and retain meaningful employment.

Individualized Re-Employment Services

Serving adults and dislocated workers across Washington state providing career coaching, support services, and training opportunities for eligible participants.

Employer Partnership Program

Collaborative hiring and training solutions tailored to local businesses, focusing on building inclusive workforces and reducing turnover through skills development and mentorship.

Youth Workforce Readiness

A program designed for young adults and recent high school graduates that combines life skills, job readiness workshops, internships, and mentorship to jumpstart their careers.

Holistic Support Services

Wraparound assistance support to individuals and families in overcoming barriers to employment through personalized coaching, skill development, and access to critical resources that strengthen stability and economic mobility, remove barriers, and help people thrive both professionally and personally.
