Thank you for your interest in our organization! We know looking for work is stressful, so here is a summary of what happens when you apply with Career Path Services:

  1. Follow the instructions for each position and submit a completed application packet by email for each position that interests you. That alone improves your chances of getting an interview.
  2. Applicants who have submitted a complete application package may be invited to meet with one of our employees for an introductory interview. We prefer a short meeting with people in person rather than only screening application documents. We may do 30-100 of these introductory interviews for each position.
  3. A few folks will be asked to return for a 45-60 minute interview with a panel. This panel is made up of the immediate supervisor, one other employee who represents the team, and one or more other employees.
  4. When the final interviews are done, we check references and conduct a criminal background search. If all those checks are satisfactory, a job offer will be made. If accepted, we finalize unfinished details, such as when you start work.
  5. After a position is filled, we send an email to all applicants informing them the position is closed. We keep all applications on file for one year. However, we recommend you resubmit an application for each position you are interested in.

Regardless of whether you end up at Career Path Services or go another direction, we trust you will find a place where you can do amazing things!
