Individual Supported Employment

We've been in service to job seekers with disabilities since 1988. Participants are referred to our organization by their Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Case Resource Manager (CRM). 

In Omak and Colville, Career Path Services is the only provider for Individual Supported Employment (ISE). We are one of nine vendors who provide this service in Spokane. We've worked hard here in Spokane to build the largest ISE program in our community, with the most employed participants. Spokane County is a "choice" county, which makes our organization attentive in serving participants with disabilities. 

ISE is a unique service that's designed to meet the needs of job seekers who need an extra hand in finding and securing employment. Unique barriers to employment may need to be addressed and overcome, which is part of making a participant work-ready. We'll do our best to match a participants', interests, likes and dislikes in this process. 

Our family of employers includes, St. Luke's Rehabilitation, Sacred Heart Medical Center, Northern Quest Casino, Albertsons, 14th and Grand Salon, Home Depot, Comcast, HMS Host, State of Washington, Medical Lake School District, Nine Mile Falls School District, Safeway, Sears, WalMart and The Davenport Hotel.
