Training
Career Jump
Career Jump is a cost-effective way to hire new employees. We provide you with pre-screened applicants to choose from and then:
- You choose an employee to contribute to your organization's long-term success - as long as performance is satisfactory, you commit to hire the Career Jump participant at the end of the training period.
- You save money - we pay the employee's wages and payroll taxes during the training period.
- You benefit from tax incentives - hiring Career Jump participants can save your company thousands in taxes!
Career Path Services also helps your Career Jump increase their job skills and adjust to their new job, ensuring a win-win situation for everyone.

Community Jobs
Community Jobs is similar to Career Jump, except that only nonprofit, government and tribal organizations qualify for Community Jobs, and there is no commitment to hire - although you may want to!
Funded by Washington State Community, Trade and Economic Development (CTED).
Job Coaching
Through our individual supported employment program, we help people with disabilities succeed in the workforce. Our employment specialists provide extra training and support by learning the job themselves so that they may train your new employee in the manner needed. As the employee becomes more comfortable and self-sufficient on the job, the employment specialist fades from the work site, yet remains available as needed.
Funded by Stevens County Counseling and/or the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR).
