Spokane - Employment Associate

We are recruiting for a full time Employment Associate in Spokane.  

This position will provide employment transition services, including goal setting, barrier removal, skill building and job placement, to TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) recipients seeking to leave welfare subsidies and become economically self-sufficient.  Position funded through the Washington State Community, Trade and Economic Development (CTED)   

This position will be filled by a professional who wants to join a team based, performance oriented nonprofit organization. Demonstrated work ethic, outstanding customer service and the ability to work with a broad range of people desired. College education preferred, but not required. 

Salary begins at $2,850 per month. Full fringe benefits package, including medical, dental, retirement, generous leave and more.

Colville/Republic - Employment Specialist

We are currently recruiting for an Employment Specialist to fill a new position in the Republic office. Some travel will be required.

This position provides individual supported employment services and Person-To-Person to individuals with disabilities. This professional will have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to join a team based, performance-oriented environment. Demonstrated goal performance, work ethic, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to work with a broad customer base required. College education preferred, but not required. Starting salary $2850 per month plus full benefits.

Spokane - WorkSource Specialist

 

We are recruiting for a WorkSource Specialist to fill an existing position in our Spokane location at the WorkSource Center.

This position is designed to provide all comprehensive employment training, job placement and follow-up services under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), funded by the Spokane Area Workforce Development Council. WorkSource Specialists work with dislocated workers and economically disadvantaged participants, helping them formulate employability plans by assessing their goals and work history.

This position will be filled by a professional who wants to join a team based, performance oriented environment. Demonstrated work ethic, goal achievement, and ability to work with a broad customer base required. College education preferred, but not required. Starting salary $2,850 month. Medical/dental, retirement, life insurance, generous leave paid holidays and more. Start date no later than September 15th, 2008.

South King County - Auburn - Employment Associate

We are recruiting for a full time Employment Associate position in South King County. This position is designed to provide employment transition services to WorkFirst/TANF(Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) recipients seeking to leave welfare subsidies and become economically self-sufficient through Community Jobs and Supported Works.

 

The position is funded through the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) and the Washington State Community, Trade and Economic Development (CTED). The Employment Associate position responsibilities include participant referral, orientation, caseload management, job development and placement, participant file management, paperwork and reporting. Experience in workforce development, well-developed communication, problem-solving skills and additional experience providing services to the target population is strongly preferred.

 

This professional will have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to join a team based, performance oriented non-profit organization. Demonstrated goal performance, work ethic, outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people is required.  Salary starts at $2,850/ mo with full benefits.
